New shoes

I have sort of a rule that I can only buy myself new shoes if getting rid of a pair of old shoes. Well, this week the sole of a pair of Sketchers that I've owned since, I think, the Nineties, came off just as I was walking out of class, so I treated myself to some sale Dr. Martens

No doubt you're thinking "I can see why BEIGE shoes would be on sale" - well, they're actually Olive, and I told myself if I didn't like the color I could always use black shoe polish on them. But I quite like it.
