Yet more wintry scenes

It's almost surreal! Your polar air has consequences here too. Apparently it sets off across the Atlantic, hits some warmer air and whips up storm after storm, while causing the jet stream to speed up. These storms have been dropping mega quantities of water on the UK, large areas of which are now flooded, some since Christmas. So far we're OK but there are no trains to Cornwall because the line has been washed away at Dawlish. For several weeks you couldn't get a train to London either, every line across country was blocked by some water related disaster. Now the Thames is doing its worst, flooding over whole villages.
