Thomas's old black Converse hi-tops were wearing out, so Jami gave him the option of two new pairs or one pair that he designed himself using the Converse Web Site (it adds up to about the same price). Naturally, he chose the latter, and you see the result. He is extremely pleased with them and practically wears them to bed.

We are horribly ashamed for having forgotten Frederick's birthday - obsessing about events here. And the RSS feed about it didn't come through till last night for some reason - whereas today's post was here in no time.
Jeremy is bracing himself for self-abasement and will ask what we can possibly do to redeem ourselves.

I'm sure he forgives you! And I'm very impressed that you know what a RSS feed is - is it something to do with that little orange soundwave symbol?
On Blogger you go to the bottom of the page - "The Flint Family" for instance and there is a weird message about something to do with atom!!!?! Click on that and I can choose to get an email message on my Mac when there is a new post. I think on a PC it is that funny little flag on your browser window.
SO WHAT WOULD BE GOOD FOR A FREDERICK UNBIRTHDAY PRESENT?
