Yuzu?

The Latest Bonne Maman is "Orange-Yuzu-Grapefruit" - fancy-sounding (and what the hell is "Yuzu"?).  It's also the second pink-rather-than-red-lidded jar. Not sure if that signifies anything, but my guess would be that's for "spreads" rather than "preserves". 

So, let's see what it tastes like...

Not much, to be honest.  Maybe all the flavors cancelled each other out?
