Dawning of a new era (next door)

 Family video closed in 2012 and that sign has been thanking us for 12 great years for nearly 8 years.  But finally America's fastest-growing retail empire has decided to move in (despite there being at least two other dollar stores in a couple of miles radius).  They've been working on the the roof and interior for about a month now - God knows what a state it was in.
