Our hero

These old guys live a couple of houses down.  Apparently the smaller of the two has feline AIDS, so the larger has decided to give him whatever he wants.  And what he wants is to stroll the neighbourhood.

You can see both the guys I'm talking about in the picture: one is human, the other feline. Sorry to be confusing...
